Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. PurePeptide sells single-use peptides that cannot be restocked, resold, or reused after shipment. For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

By placing an order with PurePeptide, you acknowledge and agree that:

- All purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable.
- We do not offer exchanges or store credit.
- Single-use peptide products cannot be returned after shipment.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [purepeptide@mail.de or +4915111867581]. We will review your case and may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
